School Programs

Burnaby Art Gallery offers school programs for primary, intermediate, and secondary age groups. Visit the gallery for a Gallery Tour and Workshop or we can bring an Outreach Program right into your classroom. B.A.G. in a Box has five themed art boxes available for loan, while Career Programs are available for youth interested in a future in the arts.

For the 2011-2012 school year we are excited to offer both half and full day programs that provide creative interaction with the exhibits. In particular, Chance Operations² encourages unique collaborative art-making, while Takao Tanabe: Form and Place engages intermediate and secondary students with an inspiring vision of the West Coast’s natural environment.
